Each Evernorth piece is made to order just for you through our print-on-demand production partners. Because of that, we aren’t able to offer general returns or exchanges for things like ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or wanting a different color or fit.

That said, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll always do our best to make it right.

What isn’t eligible

Because each piece is made just for you

We’re not able to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • ordering the wrong size
  • change of mind
  • preference for a different color or fit
  • orders placed with an incorrect shipping address at checkout
We always recommend checking the product details and sizing information carefully before placing your order.

If something arrives wrong

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please email us at hello@evernorth.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • your order number
  • a short description of the issue
  • clear photo(s) of the item and problem

Once we’ve reviewed everything, we’ll arrange the best next step.

Refunds and replacements

How approved issues are handled

Approved claims may be resolved with either:

  • a replacement sent at no additional cost, or
  • a refund to your original payment method

The resolution depends on the issue and product availability, but we’ll always aim for the clearest and most helpful option.

Because made-to-order items often move into production quickly, changes or cancellations can’t always be guaranteed after an order is placed.

Can I return an item if I ordered the wrong size?

Because each Evernorth item is made to order, we’re not able to accept returns or exchanges for customer size selection.

Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos, and we’ll review the issue as quickly as we can.

Do I need to send the item back?

In many cases, no return is needed for damaged or defective items. If we need anything further, we’ll let you know.
